We charge a flat rate of AUD$8.50 for domestic shipping within Australia, regardless of location. A flat rate of AUD$20 applies to international orders.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Orders within Australia are sent with Australia Post eParcel and we use TNT or DHL for all international orders. Deliveries are subject to any relevant Australian public holidays.

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of making your purchase. It may take up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak times and major sales periods.

Once shipped, your order may take a minimum of 3 business days to arrive to metropolitan Australian locations, and longer for rural locations. Delays caused by Australia Post are outside of the control of Coconut Textiles®. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your order to arrive.

International orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
